- Medical/Prescription Drug/Dental/Vision: UMR (United Healthcare) High Deductible Medical plans with HSA (cost includes vision coverage) – Dental & Vision provided by Delta Dental | Health Advantage and HealthSCOPE Benefits creates and publishes the Machine-Readable Files on behalf of Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) Hours accrue for vacation, personal time, illness, etc., based on length of service:
- a. 0 months – 1 years, 18 days
- b. 1 year 1 month – 5 years, 20 days
- c. 5 years 1 month – 10 years, 25 days
- d. 10 years 1 month – 15 years, 27 days
- e. 15 years 1 month – 25 years, 30 days
- f. 25+ years, 35 days
- Employees who voluntarily resign from LRWRA as an employee in good standing and are later rehired will have their PTO accrual schedule reinstated at the same level they held prior to separation.
- Bereavement Leave: LRWRA offers leave to provide time for planning and mourning after the loss of an immediate family member. An employee may take up to three (3) days of paid bereavement leave, equivalent to the number of hours of an employee’s standard workday, for a death in their or their spouse’s immediate family.
- Paid Parental Leave: LRWRA provides eligible employees up to four weeks of Paid Parental Leave (PPL) at 100% of the employee’s pay rate for bonding after the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of a child, in alignment with LRWRA’s commitment to supporting family responsibilities.*
- PTO Conversion: Once per year, employees may “convert” PTO hours into dollars to pre-fund health-related premiums and HSA contributions.
- PTO Sale Program: Two times per year, employees can sell a portion of their accrued paid time off during designated periods each year. This voluntary program provides added flexibility while ensuring employees maintain sufficient time off for rest and personal needs. Eligible employees may sell up to 30 hours of PTO per year, subject to program guidelines and deadlines.
* Employees are qualified for the PPL if they have worked for LRWRA for at least 12 months, have worked at least 1,250 hours over the past 12 months prior to the request for PPL, and are not qualified for other types of paid leave, such as Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, or other employer-sponsored supplemental plans.
- Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System. Defined benefit. Vested at 5 years. Mandatory employee contribution of 6% tax-deferred.
- 401(a) Money Purchase Plans. Funded by an Employee/Employer match.
- 457 Deferred Compensation Plans. Supplemental pre-tax plan. Funded entirely by the employee.
